**Qualifications**

1. Chartered Accountant

2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills

4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

5. Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and driving process improvements

**Responsible for the various FP&A activities as under**

**1.** **Process Improvement & Cross functional collaboration**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, establish internal financial controls, etc.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending solutions to mitigate.
- Collaborate with departments such as, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain for various financial business matter. Also to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.

**2.** **Finalisation of accounts & audit**
- To prepare quarterly and yearly financial statement.
- Fixed Assets accounting.
- Prepare annexure to tax audit report and get it audited.

**3.** **Financial Analysis & Reporting**:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives, including profitability analysis, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.
