The purpose of Contract Delivery Services is to be recognised as a world class delivery organisation supporting theend to end L2C process on behalf of BT’s
largest corporatecustomers, ensuring end to end delivery of servicerequests, projects and customer billing

**Why this job matters**
Responsible for ensuring that CDS functional tower services, for complex contracts, aredelivered to the requirements of BT’s Global or Enterprise Customer Contracts whilst ensuring that all BT internal controls aremet.

**What I’ll be doing - your accountabilities**
- The CDM Support Role will be responsible for a number of the following activities:

Raising invoicerequests into BT billing
- systems or teams for a defined set of BT contracts or products; Compilation andmanagement of invoicing sent one BT entity to a single customer entity. This may include multiple invoices between these entities;
- The management of multipleinvoices derived from a central commercial inventory sent from a single BT entity to multiplecustomer entities;
- Obtaining cost inputs, normalising, validating and managing exceptions to correction for customer contracts or a defined set of BT or Third Party products;
- Managing and reporting for all internal contract resource costs including forecast and variance management for small to medium sized contracts ;
- Management of IBUY PO purchases for contracts including order control, charge validation and contract duration management.

**Skills required for the job**
- Knowledge of tower
- Numerate

**Experience you would be expected to have**
- Numeracy
- Familiarity with contract environment
- Exposure on delivery and order management
- Experience in working in a diverse and fast paced work environment.
- Being able to follow a standard operating model and governance.
