- Collaboration with Cross Functional teams in DIT, GB Business, Partners, etc. for delivering the end to end Capabilities and Digital Solutions
- Define Product Roadmap and Strategy in alignment with Business Goals
- Gather business requirements by collaborating with business teams, studying business needs and scanning current market landscape
- Document business requirements, specifications and product features into detailed scope of work to communicate across teams for product / process development
- Define and analyse metrics to measure product adoption

- Align multiple teams during development and release cycles to achieve maximum throughput- Focused approach toward user centric UI/UX - creating product wireframes, user flow visualization, and coordinating with designers to deliver quality UI- Collecting first hand feedback for implementation in development post pilot / pre-pilot
- Manage adoption of new process, product & features through apt mix of communication for end user alignment
- Ensure successful deployment of new enhancements & changes to respective channel partners and HMCL teams with the help of rollout engineers
- Regular review of Enterprise Ticketing Solutions to effectively handle the queries raised for relevant areas and ensure timely resolution of all such queries**A purpose driven role for you**

- B.Tech, MBA (preferred)
- 9-10 Years**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Experience in executing Digital projects
- Good knowledge of Automotive industry Processes Strong analytical and Technical know-how of the system specific details
- Product management skills
- Knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Mural etc.
- MIS and MS-Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Basic understanding of APIs and knowledge of SQL for data querying & analysis will be an added advantage.
- Has led or contributed to POCs, Solutions/ Digital asset development
- Project Management and support to Business on the existing functionalities and Implementation of new
- Initiatives and processes
