**PQA & IQC Engineer-JD’s**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
PQA & IQC Engineer **responsibilities include**:

- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality assurance processes
- Devising and reviewing specifications for Incoming Parts from suppliers & for products or processes
- Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance

**Responsibilities**
- SQA-Monitor SQA performance
- IQC-Monitor Incoming Quality control
- PQA-Monitor Process Quality-FPA/Inprocess
- Awareness of CPk/MSA/CTQ
- Devising and reviewing specifications for Incoming Parts from suppliers & for products or processes
- Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance
- Execution of FPA & In process Inspection
- Conduct Process audit as per control plan
- Conduct MSA studies
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as quality Engineer
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of quality procedures and relevant legal standards
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
- B.tech /Mech/Diploma Mech
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bahadurgarh, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
