Roles:
1) Document Extraction: The primary responsibility of the agent is to extract details from various

types of documents, including but not limited to, identification cards, passports, driving licenses,

and other relevant documents.

2) Verify authenticity: They must verify the authenticity of the documents by checking for signs of

tampering or forgery. They should have a good eye for detail and should be able to spot any

inconsistencies in the documents.

3) Data Entry: The agent must enter the extracted data into the company's database or

management system accurately and in a timely manner.

4) Communication: They may need to communicate with clients or other stakeholders to clarify

information and ensure that documents meet the required standards.

5) Compliance: The agent must ensure that the company is complying with all relevant laws and

regulations regarding document verification.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Review and analysis of documents: The agent must review and analyze documents to ensure

they meet the company's requirements and standards.

2) Data Integrity: They must ensure that all data extracted from the documents is accurate and

entered into the company's database without any errors.

3) Detection of fraud: They must be able to detect and identify any signs of fraud, such as altered

or fake documents, and take appropriate action.

4) Maintain confidentiality: The agent must maintain the confidentiality and security of all

documents and personal information they handle.

5) Continuous Improvement: They must stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in laws

and regulations regarding document verification and constantly improve their knowledge and

skills to better serve the company.

Rotational Shifts
- Morning - 7 AM to 4 PM, Afternoon - 2 PM to 11 PM and Night - 10 PM to 7 AM

**Salary**: ₹375,000.00 per year
