Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Assistant.
Location: Kaushmabi, Ghaziabad
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle hotel bookings and reservations for business trips, conferences, and events.
- Manage flight bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements for staff and clients.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences, including travel logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and related documents.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with office supply management and other general office duties as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, travel coordination, or hotel/flight booking preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
