**Job description**

**A Reputed Digital Marketing Company in Mangalore is looking for a Sales Executive who is carrying 5 years of experience in the same field.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive growth
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasting, reporting, and budget management
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the team meets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Salary Package**:
Your salary depends on a number of factors, such as work location, job title, and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
