**Job Title** : Manufacturing Production Manager

**Reports To** : Production Manager

**Location** : Hyderabad / Naidupeta (Near Chennai) / Gandrajupalle (Near Bengaluru)

We are equipped with excellent facilities in India and UK to manufacture the required Air Handling Units, Modular panels, Clean Room equipment components and all related accessories for the clean room system integration projects.

**Main Tasks/duties and** **responsibilities**
Manpower Planning

To check the presence of employees

To check the trained employees

To maintain a proper ratio of trained and untrained employees

IN ORDER TO increase production and fulfil the requirement."

TO Increase Productivity

To check the bottleneck station

To analyse and study the processes to reduce the cycle time

To predict the cost of improvement and cycle time after improvement

To implement the plan if it is feasible

IN ORDER TO increase productivity."

Improvement IN FTF (First Test Failure)

To collect the rejection data for analysis

To make fish bone diagram (man, machine, material, method )

To work out the percentage of defects

To carry out WHY - WHY analysis

To take corrective action

Training THE NEW Operators

To impart the training of FTF, control plans, FMEA, flow charts

To train the operators as per skill matrix

IN ORDER TO make the operators aware of the basic processes."

Inventory Control

To keep WIP inventory level in control (maximum 2 shifts inventory)

IN ORDER TO reduce the WIP material cost

Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times

Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction

Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved

Liaise and coordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications

Communicate with the teams by utilising the visual management, delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, cost and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement

Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance

Ensure safe working practices are maintained and ‘Standard Operations’ adhered to

Ensure that non-conformance is challenged and counter-measures are agreed and implemented

Motivate the team to create a high performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced

**Secondary Tasks/duties**

The role is part of the whole organisation team and as such requires you to perform such reasonable tasks that are required, as and when are necessary, to maintain, promote, develop and expand the business of our organisation and its interests generally.

You must carry out your duties to the best of your ability, having consideration for the needs of your colleagues, and the organisation and its clients/customers. You must obey all lawful and reasonable orders given to you and comply with the organisation’s rules, procedures and policies

**People who report to you**
You have responsibility for other team members who will all report directly to you

**Equipment**

You are responsible for the equipment provided to you for use in your job role and to your team. This means you must ensure that equipment is used in accordance with training provided, the entire organisation’s policies and procedures and the law and using, where applicable any safety equipment or Personal Protective Equipment provided. You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment used by the team is maintained and can be used/operated at all times.

**Essential Abilities/ Competencies of this job role**:

- to be qualified Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B. Tech / BE
- experience in this type of job role -minimum 5 years in relevant field
- good understanding of manufacturing production management, requirements and dynamics
- ability in manufacturing production and management and customer/supplier relationship management
- leadership with ability to drive a team
- excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- ability to work under pressure

**Special working Conditions**

You may be expected to work in accordance with the organisation’s overtime policies
