**Overview**: As the Packing and Dispatch Head, you will oversee and manage all activities related to the packing and dispatch of goods within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring efficient packing processes, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with various departments, and managing the dispatch of products to customers or other destinations. You will play a critical role in optimizing operations to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing costs and maximizing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packing Management**:

- Develop and implement efficient packing procedures to ensure the safe handling and packaging of products.
- Supervise packing staff, providing guidance and training as necessary to maintain quality standards and productivity levels.
- Ensure that appropriate packaging materials are available and utilized effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality control standards and product specifications.
- **Dispatch Coordination**:

- Coordinate with production, inventory, and sales departments to schedule and prioritize dispatch orders.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and destinations.
- Liaise with logistics partners or carriers to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Address any issues or delays in the dispatch process promptly and effectively.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy and condition of packed goods before dispatch.
- Monitor and analyze packing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address any quality-related issues or customer complaints.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of packing materials and supplies.
- Optimize inventory turnover and minimize wastage by implementing efficient packing and storage practices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the packing and dispatch team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in packing, dispatch, and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a diverse team of employees.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
