**Job Description:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements related to identity and access management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Document and communicate requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to technical teams and stakeholders.

2. IAM Solution Design and Implementation:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and security, to design and implement effective IAM solutions.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and configure access controls, roles, and privileges within IAM systems.

3. IAM System Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Develop test plans and test cases to ensure the proper functioning of IAM systems and processes.
- Conduct system testing, including functional and regression testing, to validate the effectiveness of IAM controls and security measures.
- Identify and resolve issues and defects in IAM systems, working closely with IT teams and vendors.

4. User Provisioning and Access Governance:

- Assist in the development and implementation of user provisioning processes and workflows.
- Define access control policies and ensure adherence to least privilege principles.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to IAM processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Generate reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of IAM controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
