**Job description**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Taking accurate orders from customers and conveying them to the kitchen staff.
Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Answering customer questions and providing recommendations on menu items.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
Cleaning and resetting tables after customers leave to prepare for the next guests.
Assisting with food preparation and ensuring the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborating with other waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Following all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays or equipment.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
