**About**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with managing office operations and ensuring office equipment and supplies are in good condition
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including filing, data entry, and updating databases
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring timely attendance and preparedness
- Participating in client and team meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Providing general office support and performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
