Job Title: Field Executive

Job Overview:
A Field Executive, also known as a Field Sales Representative or Field Service Representative, plays a crucial role in connecting an organization with its clients or customers by delivering products, services, or information directly in the field. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:

- Interact with clients or customers in person to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide information about products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Product/Service Promotion:

- Promote and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the management team about market demands, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Order Processing:

- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing insights into field performance.

Problem Resolution:

- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.

Training and Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on product or service features, specifications, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Time Management:

- Effectively manage time and travel logistics to maximize productivity and cover designated geographic areas.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with relevant technology and tools for documentation and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required.

Working Conditions:

- Punjabi Language Preferred

- Frequent travel within a designated geographic area.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
