**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Telesales Executive** to join our dynamic team at our Calicut branch, located at Emerald Mall. This is a full-time position based in Calicut, Kerala, India.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner with a strong desire to learn about new products
- Knowledge of the gifting industry is a plus

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and database management.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by actively engaging with new and existing clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Product Knowledge**:

- Effectively present the company's products and services, emphasizing their unique features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Proactively address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Effectively close sales through skillful negotiation and conversion of leads into confirmed orders.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, sales, and customer information within the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our wide range of high-quality sports infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and proactively identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
