**Position Overview**:Genesis Biotech is looking for an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to drive the success of our products on Amazon and Flipkart. As an E-commerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost sales, enhance brand visibility, and optimize our online presence on these platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Strategy Development**: Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to increase product visibility, conversion rates, and sales on Amazon and Flipkart.

**Content Optimization**: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring high-quality images, compelling product descriptions, and SEO-friendly content to improve search ranking and customer engagement.

**Keyword Research**: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms, optimizing product listings and PPC campaigns for maximum discoverability.

**PPC Campaign Management**: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.

**Competitor Analysis**: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

**Data Analytics**: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.

**Customer Reviews and Feedback**: Manage customer reviews and feedback, responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing concerns to maintain a positive online reputation.

**Inventory Management**: Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability and timely restocking.

**Promotions and Discounts**: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales during key seasons and events.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Marketing Specialist, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
