**Job description**

Swara Baby Products Private Limited is a leading contract manufacturer of Baby Diapers. We have the following opening in our subsidiary unit based at Pithampur Industrial Area, Dist. Dhar (Madhya Pradesh).

Department - Store-SCM

Designation - SAP Operator/Executive

Educational Qualification - Any Graduation

Experience - Minimum 2 years in SAP entry /operation

Preferred Industry -Any Industry

**Roles & Responsibilities: -**

1. Software operating SAP software.

2. GRN of Inwards inventory & Outwards inventory in SAP.

3.Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP.

4. Raise Invoicing in SAP & Dispatch material.

5.Prepare MIS (Material Information System) report.

6. Co-ordinate with Sales team & Vendor (Distributer).

7.Knowledge about inventory Management and analysis.

8. Material Stored Proper Place.

9.Physically checking weekly Basis (PSVR).

Responsible for completing daily, weekly, monthly report.

Maintaining stores as per latest Material Management.

Responsible for all material issue to production department
