**Purpose of the Job**
- Ensure that the SAP(GSI)Core model Information Solution is well used at plant level, according to processes & rules issued by the metier.
- He (she) is the entry point for site Business Process Owners regarding topics that are linked to;
- The ways of working for the stream he is dedicated to.
- The IS tool used to perform those process.
- The upgrade of processes & tools, participating to workshops and tests.
- He (she) is the leader of data accuracy regarding his stream in his site, including both static & dynamic data.
- He (she) trains end-users & new comers to methodology, rules, processes and tools dedicated to his function.
- He(She) leads the knowledge of the solution by managing the skill matrix dedicated to for end-users.
- He(She) is in charge of the set-up of training supports for the specificities of the site or product line.

**Network & Links**

The link to Site GSI leader is strong, due to the expertise on métier & IS tool.

The link with end-users is permanent, for capturing defects, contain them & escalade if necessary.

The link with the other KUs is important ensuring the consistence of processes and tool within the site.

The link with his counterparts in other sites is important, benchmarking on processes & tools.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

The Key-User ensures the appropriate support to end-users concerning his perimeter for SAP(GSI).

The Key-User is capturing incidents & defects raised by end-users. He processing characterization of issues. Whenever possible, he contains them by workaround. He (she) expresses issues & transmit them to the appropriate support team (BPO)

The Key-User tests new functionalities or other upgrades of the solution.

The Key-User is the leader of coherence of data for his stream within his (her) site.

He/She is the link with other KU (same metier in other sites) or RBPE for sharing best practices & upgrade proposal.

The Key-User trains end-users, both for process appropriation and IS tool. The KU has been trained to train the trainer cessions.

The KU puts in place and manages IS usage control, ensuring that end-users are well using the system.

The Key-User maintains on on-site training documentation (process & IS)

The Key-User is in charge of the elaboration of Planning, Industrial and manufacturing (AOS)system reference and documentation of his metier on his site.

The Key-User surveys data consistency on his stream, even if those data are coming from other processes (ownership).

Induction to new person about the GSI activities related to GSI

Creating access to the new Joiners based on the role and taking care of Conflict (SOD)

Measure and report weekly and monthly KPIs of Site (MM accuracy, Routing accuracy, Bom change Note status, INDUS IDOC in status 51 > 7days)

Introduction/Refresher training of GSI

Supporting team in analyzing the issues and provide the feedback

Managing the SR/incident for GSI /AOS relate issues

Creating the dashboard and maintain status for open SR/Incident status

Taking care of Delmia topics / Coordination with RBPE

Monthly participation and taking ownership in SOD/Access rights review meeting

Coordination with team for cross functional support related to GSI issues for other team members
