An effective Customer Care Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable at presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

- Any Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Relevant Experience
- 0 to 1 year

**Responsibilities for Customer Care Executive: -**
- Contact potential or existing students from the given database to inform them about our product
- Answer questions about the company
- Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors
- Enter and update student information in the database
- Keep records of calls and note useful information

**Requirements: -**
- Proven experience as tele caller
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services offered by the company
- Excellent knowledge of communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection

**Monthly Income: -**
- Rs.6000/- to 8000/- per month
