Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain and update office records, including employee records and office expenses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handling of security & housekeeping work.
- **Office Management**:

- Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the point of contact between employees and management.
- Facilitate internal communication, ensuring important information is disseminated to the team.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including setting up conference rooms and coordinating catering when necessary.
- **Human Resources Support**:

- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including time and attendance.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees as required.
- Process travel expenses and ensure adherence to company policies.
- **Financial Administration**:

- Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and financial reporting.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain office safety protocols.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in office management or administration is preferred.

Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in office administration or related areas are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Expected hours: 48 per week
