Roles:

- Managing the Day-to-Day Support tickets management, Standard service health monitoring and participating, teams, project or/and MIM Calls and providing RCAs.
- Should have Strong domain Knowledge, solution lifecycle for the support products, Point of contact for technical escalations.
- Able to lead the O365 roadmap by translating into benefits with the customer and team’s growth
- Flexible in support availability for business, Team needs and assistance

Technical Skills and requirements:

- Proven knowledge on O365, Microsoft Exchange, AD Connect and Active Directory
- Very Good experience with Windows server Administration (2K3, 2K8, 2012, 2016)
- Strong knowledge with SFB & MS Teams - video, meetings, collaboration support
- Hands-on experience with ADFS, Collaboration tool federation with external domains
- Good knowledge on Enterprise Mobility product management (Intune & market place MDM)
- Good knowledge on Mail Archiving software
- Good knowledge on SharePoint
- Sound knowledge in troubleshooting and configuration of Anti
- spam, Antivirus software
- Strong Knowledge on mail flow and troubleshooting
- Knowledge on DNS, SPF, TXT & MX records
- Knowledge on mobile technology ( MDM/BYOD / Activesync)
- Proactive Metrics and Improvement
- Work on Severity 1, 2 and 3 tickets and fix them within the stipulated SLAs
- Proven Technical Solution Engineering
- Sensitive to customer requirements and quick response to their queries
- Proactive and Clear Communication
- Quality & Process Compliance
- Adhere to the Support process
- Very Good in team collaboration
- Willing to work on 24/7 shifts (rotational)
