As an E-commerce Computer Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the hardware, software, and systems that power our online store. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Monitoring**: Continuously monitor e-commerce servers, networks, and databases to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- _**Batch Processing**:_ _Execute, schedule, and monitor batch processes, ensuring data integrity and system stability._
- _**Hardware Maintenance**:_ _Perform routine hardware maintenance tasks, such as server reboots and hardware component replacements._
- _**Backup and Recovery**:_ _Implement and monitor data backup and recovery processes to safeguard against data loss._
- _**Performance Tuning**:_ _Optimize system performance by analyzing and fine-tuning system parameters._
- _**User Support**:_ _Assist end-users with technical issues related to the e-commerce platform and provide guidance on basic troubleshooting steps._
- _**Documentation**:_ _Maintain accurate records of system activities, incidents, and changes. Create and update documentation for operational procedures._
- _**Security**:_ _Ensure the security of the e-commerce platform by monitoring for potential security breaches and assisting in security audits._
- _**Compliance**:_ _Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to e-commerce operations._
- _**Collaboration**:_ _Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, customer support, and QA, to identify and address technical issues._

**Qualifications**:

- BCA or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a computer operator or a similar role in an e-commerce or IT environment.
- Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and server hardware.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and databases (e
- Familiarity with batch processing and job scheduling tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system monitoring and maintenance.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,847.55 - ₹14,000.00 per month
