**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**:Develop and deliver undergraduate courses in commerce, with a focus on fostering critical thinking and analytical skills. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active student participation.

**Curriculum Development**:Contribute to the development and updating of the commerce curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry trends and academic standards. Integrate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

**Student Mentorship**:Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, promoting their personal and professional development.Assist students in identifying and pursuing career paths within the field of commerce.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:Develop and implement fair and effective assessment methods to evaluate student performance. Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:A minimum of a Master's degree in Commerce or a related field is required.

**Teaching Experience**:Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students with diverse backgrounds.

**Location Requirement**:Applicants must be residing in and around Pondicherry.
