**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome parents, children, and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Handle student admissions, registrations, and maintain accurate records of student details.
- Provide information regarding school policies, schedules, events, and admissions procedures to parents and guardians.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for parent-teacher meetings, events, and school activities.
- Assist in managing attendance records and reporting to the administration team.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with staff and management for various school-related tasks and activities.
- Manage the entry and exit of students and visitors, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying documents.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** working as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with parents, staff, and students.
- Ability to handle phone calls and correspondence efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and patient personality with a passion for working in an educational environment.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or relevant fields is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced preschool setting.
**Preferred**:
- Previous experience working in a preschool or educational institution.
- Knowledge of basic child care and safety practices.
