Job Title: Associate to Head of Department (PGDM)

**Job Description**:
The Associate to the Head of Department (PGDM) will work closely with the Head of Department (PGDM) to ensure the efficient functioning of the PGDM program. This role requires a combination of administrative, managerial, and educational support to facilitate the smooth operation of the department and the academic program.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Support:
Assist in curriculum development, course planning, and scheduling of classes.

Coordinate with faculty members to ensure course materials are prepared and delivered on time.

Provide support in the assessment and evaluation of student performance.

Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and seminars related to the PGDM program.

Administrative Duties:
Manage student records, including enrollment, grades, and academic progress.

Respond to student inquiries and provide guidance on academic matters.

Handle logístical arrangements for meetings, events, and guest lectures.

Program Development:
Collaborate with the Head of Department (PGDM) to identify areas for program improvement and

development.

Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in management education.

Assist in the implementation of new initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of the PGDM program.

Collect and analyze data related to student outcomes and program effectiveness.

Faculty and Staff Support:
Serve as a liaison between faculty members, staff, and students within the department.

Assist in the recruitment, on boarding, and professional development of faculty and staff members.

Coordinate faculty meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Previous experience in academic administration, preferably in a higher education setting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of educational technologies and online learning platforms is desirable.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in academic affairs.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
