**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing timely solutions
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Achieving sales targets by identifying and closing sales deals
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in sales and customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to close sales deals
- Excellent command on English and Hindi
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in a similar role within the industry
