**Position Overview**:
As an Interior Designer with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential homes to commercial spaces, and collaborate with clients to bring their design visions to life. From concept development to project completion, you will play a pivotal role in every stage of the design process, leveraging your creativity, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional results. This role offers the perfect blend of artistic expression, technical skill, and client interaction, allowing you to showcase your talent and make a meaningful impact on the spaces we create.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budgetary constraints, and translate their vision into cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interior design concepts.
- Develop detailed design proposals, including floor plans, elevations, material selections, 2D Floor Plans and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design intent and obtain client approval.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with the design concept, budget, and project timeline, while considering quality, durability, and sustainability.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, verify measurements, and oversee construction progress, addressing any design-related issues or changes as needed.
- Provide design guidance and support to junior designers, interns, and other team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials/products, and incorporate innovative design solutions into projects to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and vendors, and actively participate in networking events and professional organizations to expand our client base and promote our brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in interior design roles, with a portfolio showcasing a range of residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max or other design software, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, building codes, and construction techniques, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, listen to client feedback, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for design excellence, with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED AP) is a plus but not required.
