**Title**: Junior Operation Controller

**Introduction**:
The position will be looking after the operations control.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Providing guidance to market area finance team to maintain accounting process to be able to match up operational process change

Assisting in preparation of annual budget, quarter estimation and monthly forecast

Assisting in financial and operative reports preparation according to company standards

Assisting in financial performance monitoring against plan

Regular monitoring of manufacturing variances.

Keep providing ad-hoc financial analysis when operation needed

Assisting in reviewing production work-in-progress

Keeping trace of Standard Cost & Activity Rate

Monitoring changes in product costing and provide analysis on impact to rolling estimate.

Keeping track of foundry KPIs.

Ad-hoc requirements from management.

**To succeed**:
This position prefers a bachelor’s degree in Accounts / Finance with 5-6 years of experience or master’s degree in Finance with 2-3 years of experience with previous accounts and finance background worked in large sized manufacturing organization

Conceptually clear with finance
Well conversant with MS-Office and specially MS Excel
Good Analytical skills
Exposure in SAP would be an added advantage
Good Communication skills in English
