**Job Summary**: As an Architect Engineer at RDB ANEKANT GROUP, you will leverage your expertise in both architecture and engineering to design and oversee the construction of buildings and structures. This role demands a deep understanding of architectural principles and engineering concepts to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Design and Planning**:

- Collaborate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to comprehend project requirements.
- Develop architectural and engineering designs that align with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Generate detailed drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications.

2. **Project Management**:

- Oversee construction processes to ensure projects are completed within scheduled timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate effectively with construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to address design issues and modifications.

3. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Secure necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.

4. **Client Interaction**:
a. Communicate with clients to grasp their vision and project requirements.

b. Present design proposals and updates to clients and stakeholders.

5. **Innovation and Technology**:
a. Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and materials to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

b. Utilize CAD software and other tools for design and documentation.

6. **Quality Assurance**:
a. Implement robust quality assurance processes to verify construction work meets design specifications.

b. Conduct site inspections to uphold design and safety standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as Design Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design, structural analysis, and project management.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to innovate and integrate new technologies into design processes.
