**Job Summary**:
As an Export Textile Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and marketable têxtile designs for export-oriented products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret global trends, and develop designs that meet the needs of international markets. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, staying updated on industry trends, and creating visually appealing and commercially viable têxtile designs for export.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:Create original and innovative têxtile designs for export products, considering client specifications, market trends, and cultural preferences.
Develop design concepts, patterns, and color palettes that align with the brand identity and target market.

**Market Research**:Stay abreast of global têxtile and fashion trends to anticipate market demands and incorporate relevant elements into design concepts.
Research and analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the export process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific design requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.

**Technical Skills**:Utilize software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design software to create and modify designs.

**Prototyping and Sampling**:Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples to ensure that the final product meets design specifications.
Work closely with production teams to address any issues related to the translation of designs into finished products.

**Quality Assurance**:Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design standards and client expectations.
Provide guidance to production teams to maintain consistency in design execution.

**Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records of design specifications, color schemes, and patterns.**
**Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to convey design concepts and ensure alignment with expectations.**

**Adaptability**:Adaptability: Stay flexible and adapt to changes in design requirements, production processes, and market trends.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a têxtile designer, preferably with a focus on export markets.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of global fashion and têxtile trends.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
