Nanny Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions to teach childcare techniques, health, safety, and developmental practices.
- Develop and deliver a structured curriculum that meets industry standards.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training to trainees.
- Evaluate and assess trainee progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest childcare practices and integrate them into the training program.

**Requirements**:
**Qualification**:Any Professional Diploma or Degree in Nanny Care.

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in childcare or related training roles.

**Communication Skills**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience in first aid and CPR training.
- Familiarity with early childhood development and educational techniques.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for mentoring.
