**Job Overview: The Puncture Man at Pinnacle Carz is a skilled and experienced professional responsible for handling tire maintenance and repair services. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that customers' vehicles have properly functioning tires that meet safety standards and provide optimal performance on the road.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tire Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of tires to identify punctures, tread wear, and other damages.**:

- **Tire Repair: Expertly repair punctured tires following industry best practices and safety guidelines.**:

- **Tire Replacement: Replace irreparable or severely damaged tires with suitable replacements as needed.**:

- **Tire Balancing and Alignment: Conduct tire balancing and alignment to ensure even tire wear and smooth handling.**:

- **Tire Inflation: Properly inflate tires to recommended pressure levels for various vehicle types.**:

- **Customer Assistance: Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles and provide tire-related advice.**:

- **Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tire services provided and parts used in the repair or replacement process.**:

- **Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all tire repair equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.**:

- **Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and maintain a safe working environment.**:

- **Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest tire technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide top-notch service to customers.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
