**General Office Support**:
a. Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or office area.

b. Answering and transferring incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.

c. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

**Office Maintenance**:
a. Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, conference rooms, and kitchen/break areas.

b. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

c. Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal of waste.

**Assisting with Office Operations**:
a. Assisting in setting up and arranging conference rooms for meetings and events, including arranging chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment.

b. Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory, including restocking supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.

c. Performing basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

**Serving Tea and Coffee**:
a. Preparing and serving tea and coffee to guests and staff members throughout the day.

b. Ensuring that tea and coffee stations are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

c. Maintaining inventory of tea, coffee, and related items, and placing orders as needed.

**Errands and External Assistance**:
a. Running errands outside the office, such as banking transactions, delivering documents, or purchasing office supplies.

b. Assisting in the collection and delivery of documents or packages to external contacts or vendors.

**Safety and Security**:
a. Ensuring the security of the office premises by monitoring access and reporting any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

b. Adhering to safety protocols and procedures, including emergency evacuation procedures.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
a. Providing support to other staff members and departments as needed.

b. Assisting in basic administrative tasks or special projects as assigned by other staff members.

c. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and visitors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
