**Position Title**: Tele caller

**Overview**:
A tele caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and generating leads. They often follow scripts, track call outcomes, and contribute to sales and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of a tele caller include:

- **Making Calls**: Initiating outbound calls to potential or existing clients.
- **Providing Information**: Offering details about products, services, or promotions.
- **Addressing Inquiries**: Responding to customer questions and resolving issues.
- **Generating Leads**: Identifying and qualifying potential leads for sales.
- **Updating Records**: Maintaining accurate records of call details and customer interactions.
- **Following Scripts**: Using scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
- **Meeting Targets**: Achieving daily or monthly targets for calls and sales.
- **Gathering Feedback**: Collecting customer feedback to improve services and products.
- **Reporting**: Reporting call outcomes and customer insights to management.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Setting up meetings or follow-up calls as needed.

**Skills Required**:
The skills required for a tele caller include:

- **Communication**: Clear and effective verbal communication.
- **Listening**: Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns.
- **Persuasion**: Ability to persuade and convince potential clients.

- Monday to Saturday**

Shift Timing: - **9:30AM-6:30PM**

Salary**:10000 + Incentive**
