Position - BigFix Administrator

Position : BigFix Administrator

Experience Needed: 3-5 Years.

US Project

2-10 PM Shift

location; Hyderabad - WFO
Creating fixlet ask to accommodate Software Distribution via BigFix
Accountable to ensure high level of customer satisfaction with service delivery
Create web reports filters and schedule reports.
Minimum 2 Years relevant experience required in Bigfix BigFix L2\\L3 Support and implementation
Ability to patch/release management and ensure all packages are deployed efficiently and to ensure appropriate resolution of BigFix and general patching issues
Experience in developing Relevance queries & Action script in Big-fix
Proficient in understanding technical problems and their impacts to the business
Working knowledge on Windows & Unix Operating system
Self-motivated to identify and correct operational issues
You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
