Oracle fusion HCM

Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle fusion HCM module, especially Global HR, Absence module and Time Management.
- Ability to work on the HDL, HSDL templates and Mass uploads.
- Core HR - Mass On-Boarding, Mass Salary upload, User’s Personal profile modification, User’s work assignment change, Implementation of DFF, User’s Role assignment & Implementation of BPM worklist setups
- Time Management - User’s timecard management - Implementation of Projects & Tasks, HCM rules modification
- Oracle quarterly upgrade investigation & making the business aware of it, Pre-testing of the quarterly upgrade, Post-testing of the quarterly upgrade, On testing fails, initiate Critical SR creation, Suggest new ideas from quarterly upgrades and present to business
- At least 4+ years of Oracle Implementation experience with a Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation experiences of Oracle Cloud PPM modules.
- Deep Product understanding of all Cloud PPM modules
- Strong conceptual knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C,A2R cycle and Budget & forecasting.
- Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle fusion PPM module, especially around Project Costing, Project contracts, Project Billing, Project resource Management, Project accounting and reporting.
- HDL, HSDL templates and Mass uploads - Onboarding, Absence & User’s personal data
- Ability to write functional design documents and communicate with the technical team for Extensions, Custom Integrations and Reports.
- Good understanding of the integration between Oracle Fusion PPM and other third-party systems for inbound and outbound interfaces
- Good understanding of Sub Ledger accounting

Good To Have
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud BI reports will be plus
- Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL, OIC
- Certification on PPM cloud modules added advantage.
