**About Wow Animation**

As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in creating and refining video and graphic content that engages our audience and enhances our brand's digital presence. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos and graphics for a variety of social platforms, focusing on content for Anilee Animation, Wow Animation, and branding for our directors. This role will require you to work at both Wow Animation Studio and Anilee Animation Institute.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative graphic and video content ideas.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure graphic & video content aligns with brand guidelines and supports overall marketing strategies.
- Edit and optimize graphic & videos for performance across various social media channels.
- Stay informed on social media trends, integrating relevant concepts into video and graphic content.
- Manage video assets, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible for team members.
- Analyze video performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Work on video projects and graphics supporting the branding and marketing goals of Anilee Animation, Wow Animation, and individual directors.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating and editing video content for social media, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs well on each.

**Skills**
- Video Production: Ability to shoot high-quality video content that engages viewers.
- Video Editing: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with good hands-on experience in Photoshop and After Effects.
- Creative Concept Development: Skilled in developing video concepts that captivate audiences.
- Motion Graphics: Basic knowledge to enhance visual storytelling.
- Social Media Trends: Up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and video content.
- Storytelling: Ability to create engaging and cohesive narratives.
- Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of video production.
- Analytics: Understanding of video performance metrics and the ability to analyze and report insights.
- This role is essential for supporting content initiatives and brand growth across both Wow Animation and Anilee Animation Institute.

**Process for Application**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
