Must have an excellent communication skill
- Must be good in Recruitment, sourcing from portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), Screening and sourcing from LinkedIn, follow up with No show and conversion from Not answered database.
- Should be able to manage sourcing database, attendance sheet and other data related with Human resource department
- Should be able to handle employee documentation, files and forms in a timely and methodical manner
- Excellent in IT recruitment & work execution
- Must be able to engage employees in positive team activities, creative celebration of festivals, birthday, events of the company in a weekly and monthly order
- Monthly update the notice board with latest company updates and present it creatively through artwork and digital platform
- Must be able to develop content for Newsletter to be published monthly
- Responsible to generate non vendor hiring in the company
- Must have excellent MS office skill
- Willing to stretch beyond regular office hours/days
- Work closely with Manager and Management for effective output
- Be able to hire from Colleges and institutes and to add association with 2-3 good colleges in tricity and neighboring cities as per the company requirement - Campus connect
- To hold family day, connect in the company through virtual mode or from office as applicable
- To be responsible to conduct employee survey at least once a year
- Should be able to take some added responsibilities towards corporate tie up and charity
