**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic company. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our financial technology products and providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

**Responsibility**:

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, utilizing problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our fintech products, staying up-to-date with new features, updates, and industry trends. Create and update documentation to assist both customers and internal teams in navigating and troubleshooting our products.
- Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition to our fintech solutions. Develop and conduct training materials for both customers and internal staff to enhance product knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing improvements and enhancements of our fintech products. Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer needs and potential areas for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of our fintech products, identifying and reporting any issues to the development team.

**Skill Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, payment processing, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in fintech support.

**How Can You Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹108,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
