**The Role**:
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business success. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and how our products or services can best meet those needs. This role is perfect for someone who is goal-oriented, has exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
- Present products to prospective clients.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- A business acumen.
- Enthusiastic and passionate.
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing; MSc or MA will be considered a plus.

Pay: ₹10,426.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
