MOD Scheduling Along with CCD team
Ensuring / following up for on time Specified data
Supporting CED team on Tun back on specifying Process.
Reviewing Material status with SSI/ SCM for on time shipment.
Updating the SO turn backs, for shipments.
Scrutinize all Mod contracts materials, line by line for FSA
Providing the Shortages Information to SCM on weekly Basis.
Alert SCM/ Manufacturing, on, New / Critical items & ensuring same for Shipment.
Providing the Critical component Information to SCM on weekly Basis.
Providing advance information to region on Inspection contracts & supporting the same.
Tracking and ensuring materials for Daily shipments.
Tracking & executing Escalation contracts. ITF Tracking for FSA.
Daily contract plan, Truck planning, Truck booking & ensuring the trucks.
Coordinate with Shipping team at DC for Shipment & supporting on turn backs.
Review & ensuring the WH Materials from DC to WH. Ensuring the L3 & shipping.
Arranging the materials from WH to DC for daily shipments.
Coordinate with Shipping team at WH for Shipment & supporting on turn backs.
Supporting Shipping team on Stock, Cost, SO, Invoices issues.
Work to words " 0 Backlog and "0 Rons in Mod shipments.
Region Support on Contract status.
Resolving Post Shipment Issues & Support Field on their issues/ Amts.
Tracking undelivered consignments.
