_**Required teachers for TGT- All Subjects**_

**Teaching Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the curriculum and syllabus of the school.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to engage students and promote active learning.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, exams, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.

**Boarding Life Supervision**:

- Supervise and monitor students' daily routines, including meals, study time, and recreational activities.
- Ensure students adhere to boarding school rules, policies, and regulations.
- Foster a positive and supportive living environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
- Address disciplinary issues promptly and appropriately, in collaboration with other staff members.

**Mentoring and Counseling**:

- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, providing guidance and support as they navigate academic and personal challenges.
- Offer counseling and emotional support to students experiencing difficulties or facing personal issues.
- Encourage students to develop self-discipline, resilience, and interpersonal skills necessary for success in school and beyond.

**Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs, sports, and cultural events.
- Coach or supervise extracurricular teams or groups, fostering teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among students.
- Organize and accompany students on field trips, excursions, or outdoor activities.

**Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and best practices.
- Participate in school committees or initiatives aimed at improving the overall educational experience for students.

**Communication with Parents and Guardians**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and well-being.
- Address parental concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with parents to support students' academic and personal development outside of the classroom.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Complete administrative tasks such as grading, record-keeping, and reporting in accordance with school policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of academic programs, curriculum revisions, and assessment strategies.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.

**Role Modeling and Professional Conduct**:

- Uphold high standards of professional conduct, ethics, and integrity.
- Serve as a positive role model for students, demonstrating respect, empathy, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and mutual respect within the school community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
