Ro Technician

**" Field Service Engineer "**
- Location - Nagpur, Maharashtra_
- Experience - 2 to 5 years_

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance._
- Visiting customer places to provide RO water purifier / water treatment system installations, troubleshooting & service repairs._
- Build relationships and trust with customers and clients._
- Advise customers on installation set up_
- Carry out plant performance monitoring, water quality checking, data trending and submit the analysis report to system owner._
- Educating or providing demos to the customers on product usage/maintenance._
- Diagnosing technical issues and providing proper service solutions._
- Generating service revenue through AMCs and spare parts sales meeting targets._
- Coordination with back-end team_

**Criteria -**
- Qualification - ITI/ Diploma_
- Should have work experience in Installation/ Troubleshooting/ Maintenance of RO & Water Treatment Systems._
- Vehicle compulsory with a valid driving license._
- Open to travel._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
