**Where you fit in**

The Corporate Relations function connects Shell to the world and the world to Shell. Its role is to build trust and strengthen connections internally and externally to help make Powering Progress a reality.

Corporate Relations monitors what is happening in the outside world and brings relevant information back inside Shell to help make informed, timely and appropriate decisions. At the same time we take the expertise, value and vision of Shell to the outside world to work with and influence key stakeholders across society, business and government.

In this role, you will support in planning, implementing, and managing social investment programs to provide sustainable benefits to communities. Your role includes SI/CSR documentation and reporting requirements of Shell Entities in India. Moreover, you will report to Hazira CR Advisor Social Performance incl. SI. Furthermore, you are required to have a sound understanding and experience of Social Investment/CSR sector.

**What’s the role?**

As CR SI/CSR Advisor, you will be supporting in developing and supporting implementation of Social Investment (also referred as CSR in India) programs in support of the community needs to help maintain good community relations to enable business delivery.

Further accountabilities are as follows:

- Support the development and implementation of robust SI programs specific to the requirements outlined in HPPL, SEIPL and SIMPL CSR policy.
- Monthly reports and maintaining a dashboard on SI/CSR projects for tracking on achievements of key milestones.
- Support in processing payments to SI/CSR implementation partners as per agreed milestones in contract agreements.
- Developing and managing contracts with SI/CSR implementation partners.
- Ensuring due diligence of SI/CSR implementation partners as per Shell’s E&C and CSR rules requirements
- Active community and stakeholder engagement including NGO partners, for effective implementation of SI/CSR programs.
- Support in internal and external reporting on CSR/SI activities of Shell entities in India.
- Support in monitoring of SI budgets through developing project tracker and share monthly reports (KPIs and Spends).
- Document success stories for engagement with external and internal communication.
- Support the team in preparing documents required by the CSR committee and the Board members.

**What we need from you?**
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in social studies or agriculture & allied discipline with at least 3-5 years’ experience of working with CSR or development sector in India.
- Strong experience of project management, with good understanding of all project management aspects e.g. tracking schedule, cost utilization, communication, progress update, quality, risk management etc.
