Description

**Responsibilities**:
Design and develop educational courses and programs utilizing instructional design principles and theories.

Utilize multimedia and other technology to enhance course design and delivery.

Conduct assessments of course effectiveness and student learning outcomes to continually improve course quality.

Manage multiple projects with adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Participate in ongoing professional development in the field of instructional design and e-learning.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, providing regular updates on project status and progress.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field.

Experience in instructional design, e-learning, or educational technology.

Familiarity with multimedia tools and e-learning development software such as Open Board, Obs and Camtasia.

Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning standards.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to develop effective and engaging educational materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: ₹6,250.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
