Job Summary:
The Procurement Incharge will oversee the sourcing and procurement of a diverse range of packaging materials. This role requires a proactive approach to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and ensure the timely supply of high-quality packaging products.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure various packaging materials like boxes, plastic packaging, tapes, and bubble wraps.

Identify and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and cost-efficiency.

Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings.

Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

5-10 years of experience in procurement within packaging or manufacturing industries.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹9,121.66 - ₹46,883.83 per month
