**Job Description for Receptionist / Front Desk Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a first point of contact with callers and handle end to end communication efficiently
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and / or office, conference halls for courses, bookstore etc.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mails/ deliveries
- Handle day-to-day front desk tasks as a front desk receptionist
- Perform variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Welcome guests and connect them with PA’s first and then with their bosses, also connect them with departments as and when required upon client’s request.
- Streamline office reception and able to multitask ad hoc duties required
- Work in shifts and ensure the front desk receptionists’ welcome guests in a positive way
- Ensure reception area is clean, tidy and presentable with all necessary materials, brochures and stationery required
- Execute responsibilities with efficiency and execute administrative tasks to highest quality standards
- Coordinate properly all front desk activities, including correspondence and redirecting calls to appropriate persons/ departments
- Keep updated records and maintain each caller list
- Connect with teachers/ coordinators for one-on-one sessions and collating data and then sharing with management
- Finding out ways to increase admissions into courses organized by the institute
- Calling prospective clients for courses, training programs and admissions
- Attend to all enquiries on call/ walk-ins effectively
- Coordinating with other departments, security as and when required
- Organizing and arrangement of catalogues, brochures etc. kept for client use
- Overseeing the general appearance of the reception area as well as keeping supplies well stocked
- Provide other administrative support whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality

Working hours - Rotational shifts (6 days a week)

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
