Should be able to configures rules for commission in the system.
- Should be able to analyze rule configuration for various schemes and products and should be enable to devise logic for proper validation and highlight possible leakages if any.
- Ensure business requirement are correctly configured in system
- Ensure all processes and audit requirement are addressed.
- Ensure all risk related to products are identified, highlighted and addressed.
- Quantify and report revenue leakage and should be able to recommend solution.
- Implement, review, modify and manage standard operating procedure.
- Handling of audits conducted by Internal/STAT Auditors and should focus on removing exceptions reported in earlier audits and consistently improve sap scores.
- Ensure commission accrual to partners are correctly configured. Extraction of data from system as and whenever required for audit.

**Major Challenges**
- Need to ensure key reconciliation are carried out on desired frequency.
- Implementation of tracker for reporting to be sent back to business teams
- New Product understanding and configuration in the various system.
- Risk to be accessed and controls to be developed for all changes in technology
- Execution of control & report on weekend. Deliveries as per timelines agreed.
- Demonstrate (Key competencies)- Should be able to do commission configuration and execute the controls on the same
- Must possess network and revenue flow path for all banking products and all systems interlinked to CBS platform.
- Ability to understand business requirement and highlight risk associated with all business changes
- Excellent communications skills
