We are seeking a Jr. Admin Officerwho is talented and passionate about their career. You will be an integral

part of the HR team.

**JD**

1. Ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly

2. Assist in training staff members and new hires

3. Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion

5. Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines

6. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

7. Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests

8. Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

9. Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

10. Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

11. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

12. Coordinate office procedures

13. Maintain computer and manual filing systems

14. Greet and assist visitors to the office

15. Resolve administrative problems16. Planning and execution of company events and activities
