**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Assess student learning needs and create personalized learning plans that address the individual needs of each student

Deliver effective instruction to students using a variety of instructional techniques, including online resources, interactive tools, and multimedia content

Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed to ensure that learning objectives are being met

Provide regular feedback to students and parents on student progress, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future learning activities. Stay current with developments in online learning technologies and teaching methodologies

Participate in ongoing professional development activities to improve instructional skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Teaching certification preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop personalized learning plans based on student needs

Proficient in the use of technology and online learning platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate student needs

Pass background check and any other necessary clearances

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
