**Position Overview**: As a Secretary you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team while also taking on responsibilities related to purchasing and procurement. This unique role requires a combination of traditional secretarial duties and the ability to handle purchasing tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of both administrative and procurement functions within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage executives' calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, letters, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in travel arrangements and expense management for executives.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's purchasing needs efficiently.
- Source, negotiate, and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery of goods and services.
- Assess and evaluate supplier performance regularly to maintain a reliable and high-quality supply chain.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and potential suppliers in the industry.

**Office Management**:

- Oversee general office management tasks such as ordering office supplies, equipment maintenance, and office organization.
- Ensure the office environment is conducive to productivity and professionalism.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Previous experience or knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹20,450.00 - ₹40,516.65 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmadabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
